It starts with a sparkling, citrus top note of mandarin juice, which dances beautifully with velvety peach for a fresh, sweet and uplifting fragrance. The heart takes a more addictive, sensual turn as vanilla-like red spider lily blends with heady jasmine sambac before the creamy base notes of gourmand vanilla and warm benzoin – a rich, intense duo – leave a captivating trail.

Jimmy Choo admittedly becomes a more subtle scent as it develops, but this more sensual, delicate and elegant tone is certainly long-lasting; I could still smell the vanilla-infused dry-down in the evening after spritzing it onto the pulse points mid-morning.

I, for one, can’t wait to wear this perfume on a future night out! But in the meantime?
