As we turn our thoughts to the upcoming festive season, I want to take this opportunity to say thank you to everyone who has made this another phenomenal year at Escentual.
I am enormously grateful to our team, customers, brand partners and all those that have contributed to Escentual being the UK’s leading independent premium beauty destination.
I wish you all the very best for the season, and trust that everybody will have an enjoyable, relaxing and refreshing Christmas and New Year with loved ones. I’m really excited for 2022 and aim to spend as much time as I can laughing with and learning from all our wonderful customers, colleagues, friends and partners.

As this year draws to an end,
We want to say thank you to each customer and friend.
Your continued support has helped us through,
So, here’s our thanks – from us to you.
Although this wasn’t the year we expected,
We found new ways to stay connected.
Despite being apart, we all stuck together,
Counting the little things now more than ever.
Amongst the challenges, there were moments of fun
As we enjoyed #EscentualScents during 2021.
But that’s not the only cause for celebration
As we also shared #SunPoverty with the nation.
We appreciate all the well wishes we received this year,
From loyal customers and those new to us here.
Whether you sent us a tweet or placed an order,
Consider this our shout-out to every supporter.
When each of your orders arrived at your place,
We hope they put a smile on your face.
Whether it was a lipstick, perfume or eyebrow pencil,
Thank you from all of us at Team Escentual.
But before our poem comes to an end,
We want to say one last thing to each customer and friend.
