If you’re familiar with the scent of magnolia or know any perfumes with a magnolia note, you’ll have a fair idea of what Beautiful Magnolia smells like; it honours the pure aroma of magnolia’s curling white petals.
The classic Beautiful Magnolia EDP reminds me of Issey Miyake Eau & Magnolia; they are both fresh, but Beautiful Magnolia is creamier and headier. And, of course, all of the Beautiful Magnolia collection share similarities; the intense version of Beautiful has a slightly darker, deeper chypre side, whilst L’Eau plays into Beautiful Magnolia’s seductive side with a warm musk that lingers on the skin.

What’s The Longevity Like?
Estee Lauder Beautiful Magnolia lasted a good six hours when I tried it out on my skin, which I was pleased with for an Eau de Parfum. Again, L’Eau Eau de Toilette performed well – I could still smell it on my skin after four hours. But the longest-lasting had to be the Beautiful Magnolia Intense Eau de Parfum.
What’s Special About The Bottle?
Chic, elegant and, well, beautiful, the Beautiful Magnolia fragrance bottles feature clear glass that allows you to see the juice. The classic fragrance has a delicate pink juice instead of the Intense version’s peachier colour; L’Eau Eau de Toilette falls perfectly in between with a subtle pink shade.
All the bottles in the Estee Lauder Beautiful Magnolia collection have a smooth, rippled effect, topped with a statement lid draped in a strip of silver.
