GUERLAIN Terracotta Luminizer Review

GUERLAIN Terracotta Luminizer

The Guerlain Terracotta Bronzer is one of my makeup must-haves, so I am very excited about this launch! The Terracotta Luminizer is the next step in the routine and comes in two shades. Here’s the low-down…

The Most Important Thing About Guerlain Terracotta Luminizer Is…

It’s the highlighter companion to the iconic and best-selling Terracotta Bronzer. It’s a lightweight, pressed powder illuminator that’ll give your skin a radiant, soft glow, all while smelling like exotic florals and vanilla.

What Does It Look Like On?

The Luminizer texture is extremely soft, almost buttery – this creamy texture blends into the skin easily and blends to look like it’s at one with the skin. No streaky highlighter here!

The illuminator comes in two shades; Ivory, a cool ivory hue with a pink undertone, and Gold, a warm gold hue with a yellow undertone.

What Skin Type Is It For?

All skin types can enjoy the Terracotta Luminizer.

You Will Love This If…

Already a fan of the Terracotta Bronzer? The Luminizer is the next step in your glowing routine. Additionally, if you never miss your illuminating step, you’ll adore the light, soft texture of the Terracotta Luminizer; it has a natural second-skin feel.

Hero Ingredients:

It’s important to note that the Terracotta Lumininizer contains 96% naturally derived ingredients. Of those, a key ingredient is natural argan oil, which keeps skin hydrated and the formula long-lasting and comfortable on the skin.

What Does It Feel Like?

Buttery soft, and lightweight in the compact. When applied, it feels like nothing!

What Does It Smell Like?

Exotic and floral. It’s the Terracotta scent we know and love which pairs ylang-ylang, orange blossom, vanilla, tonka bean and musk.

What’s Special About The Design?

Guerlain fans will recognise the design – similar to the Terracotta bronzer. The makeup compact has a chocolate-brown hue consistent with the rest of the range and is finished with the Guerlain logo and name. Inside is a mirror for on-the-go touch-ups and a pressed powder decorated with a sun ray design.

How Do You Use It?

Use on bare skin or on top of makeup. Apply to the high points of the face, including cheekbones, cupid’s bow, brow bone or wherever you’d like to impart a healthy glow.
