It’s a daily exfoliating peel that removes dull, dead skin cells from the surface of your skin, leaving your face brighter, smoother and more even.
How Does It Do It?
With 100% natural fruit acids (grapefruit and papaya) and mandelic acid (a keratolytic exfoliant), which is less irritating than conventional AHAs. (alpha hydroxy acids). It has a fresh, clean smell that isn’t overpowering. The foam is light and airy and feels refreshing on the skin. During testing, I did not experience any tingling or stinging, and I have eczema-prone skin that can be quite reactive.

I prefer this to liquid chemical exfoliators, which must often be applied with a cotton pad. I found the foam far more pleasant and less wasteful (less product waste and no cotton pad usage). It was also a much more luxurious experience!

My Overall Experience
I’ve used the Micropeel Foam daily for a week and am a big fan. It’s quick, easy to use, and easily slotted into my skincare routine. The results are instantaneous. Pop it on, wait 30 seconds and voila. My skin looks healthier after I’ve used it. I’ve especially noticed on days I’ve been in more polluted areas like the city centre, had a bad night’s sleep or been hungover. It’s like a reset button for the face.
I have eczema-prone skin, so I was concerned that the formula could irritate me. But Caudalie’s claims that it’s suitable for sensitive skin reign true. I didn’t suffer from any irritation. The overall experience was enjoyable – the foam texture was luxurious and pampering. However, what takes the cake for me is how fast it works. In the evenings, the last thing I want to do after a long day is spend hours on my skincare. With this, I’m getting the best of both worlds: efficacy and efficiency!
