Paco Rabanne Lady Million Eau de Toilette Review

2012 brings a brand new facet of Lady Million extravagance: the Paco Rabanne Lady Million Eau de Toilette, a more subtle variation of the assertive, golden scent for women.

Restructured to highlight the lighter side of its floral tones, the Eau de Toilette is the perfect option if the original Eau de Parfum proved a little too heady for you. In this variation, the voluptuous flowers are swathed in muskiness, and the sparkling greenery of its opening kick-starts the scent with a wonderful vitality.

The top notes, neroli and lily of the valley, have a subtly sweet character that pairs very well indeed with the soft and feminine heart notes of gardenia and hyacinth. It is in the heart that the fragrance starts to become more complex and overtly ‘floral’. Some of that familiar Lady Million drama is introduced in the dry down, where patchouli and honey reign. Sweet, seductive and alluring, they make for a striking end to what is otherwise a surprisingly soft fragrance.

“Determined, brilliant and playful, Lady Million leads the way with her provocation. She’s an independent woman who is unfailingly dazzling and extravagant, just like her fresh woody-floral perfume with its bouquet of precious notes. Always caught up in the action, she’s a modern day heroine with a fresh approach to life.”

Packaged once more in that statement, faceted golden bottle, Lady Million flashes across the top like an embossed doubloon. Half golden, and half glass, the sparkling bottle is made for the dressing table.
