Keep your complexion thoroughly hydrated and protected from UV rays with the Dermalogica Age Smart Dynamic Skin Recovery SPF 50, a daily anti-ageing moisturiser for dry or combination skin.

Designed to defend against skin damage and UV-induced ageing, Dermalogica’s broad-spectrum moisturiser features chemical filters to protect against UVA and UVB rays.

The medium-weight, emollient face cream improves the appearance of photoaged skin using antioxidant white tea, which is rich in polyphenols - an ingredient that defends against solar damage and protects against free radicals.

Plus, damaged skin is improved through a unique polypeptide that helps prevent the formation of Advanced Glycation End-products (AGEs), which contribute to loss of elasticity, an increase in wrinkles and accelerated ageing.

The vegan sunscreen also soothes irritations using calming liquorice. Hyperpigmentation is controlled by glucosamine HCL, which also stimulates the formation of hyaluronic acid and collagen to keep skin plump and hydrated.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Doonie from Excellent cream for troublesome skin I first came across this moisturiser during a facial treatment. I told the beautician I'd tried many face creams and often had itchy patches on my face that no cream seemed to soothe. Having tried so many products over the years I didn't know if this would be any better, but I noticed a difference straight away and it was so good I've been using it ever since. The cream is fragrance-free and absorbs into the skin beautifully. I feel my skin is well protected all year round since the cream has SPF50, and I don't need to add extra sunscreen on sunny days. My skin is no longer itchy, and it feels well moisturised throughout the day. My only tiny complaint about this product is the packaging, as it has a pump action delivery which means you can't get the last little bits out of the bottle. However, having said that, the bottle design does make putting the cream on every day very easy. I would highly recommend this moisturiser to anyone with dry and itchy, or combination, skin.

I used to use a different dermalogica range and had been trying out other brands. Nothing, no matter what the claim of the product, actually got rid of dry skin I’ve developed as I’ve got older (49). I’d previously been put off by the price of this product but finally decided to try it. I bought the 12ml and do not regret it. This is perfect for me. I previously had combination skin which has started to dry out as I’ve got older and I’ve developed dry patches and very dull skin. After using this for about 3 weeks it has completely transformed my skin. I have a healthy looking skin that is well moisturised and very soft!! On top of that I know that my skin is protected from the sun. I’m a convert and will definitely buy this again.

Rated 2 out of 5 by AniIy from Wouldn’t repurchase This product caused my eyes to water as it burns and stings. Before it is suggested that it shouldn’t be applied around the eyes. That is wrong this is an area that is more prone to wrinkles so it should be, therefore any sunscreen that causes this reaction is one that should be avoided. Also not particularly moisturising which is a must for my dry skin even for after the application of a moisturiser.
