Rated 5 out of 5 by Fewst from Excellent Product I bought this as I have very mild rosacea on my cheeks as well as very mild psoriasis on my elbows and knees and a thyroid condition, resulting in overall dry skin everywhere and problematic product issues! To give you an idea of other products I like/ my skin likes..I use Bare Minerals, Cerave, Uriage Roseliane, Bioderma Sensibio... This is great as a sunscreen, it has a slight whiteness when applying but only around the edges like hairline and this goes easily with attention and making sure its rubbed in well. The consistency is velvety as it says and it leaves a dewy smooth glowy complexion. I often just leave this alone and do only eye makeup with this is the sunny days. I layer Complexion Rescue on other days and the two complement each other. I would highly recommend this product although the price is a little steep for those on lower incomes ( like me ).

Rated 5 out of 5 by VPPV from Excellent face sunscreen I am a fan of La Roche Posay sunscreen but this year I have decided to try something different and I have not been disappointed. This cream is light and a little goes a long way, the scent is very pleasant without being overpowering and welcome if you, like me, do not enjoy smelling sunscreen on your face. This cream is water resistant so you'll need to remove it using a make up remover or other face cleanser as it won't come off in the shower. This cream contains Mexoryl SX and XL and Titanium Dioxide (physical sunscreen). Mexoryl SX and Mexoryl XL are highly effective chemical sun filters widely used in sunscreens throughout Europe and Canada. Mexoryl SX and Mexoryl XL are photostable UVA absorbers, meaning that they don’t degrade in sunlight, Since Mexoryl doesn’t cover the entire UV spectrum, it is usually combined with other active sunscreen agents such as titanium dioxide, to ensure broad-spectrum UV protection. I would not recommend using this under your make up as a city block as it has a visible white finish, I keep on using the tinted Anthelios XL 50+ under foundation and it works brilliantly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Bezza from Really keeps out the suns rays I purchased this cream as I was going abroad and wanted a high factor sun screen that I could use under make-up. It certainly worked well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by akal from Will buy again I have very fair skin and burn easily. Am also sensitive to some products. I've used Vichy before so was keen to try this. I did wear hats most of the time but went swimming and did a lot of walking in Italy and didn't burn my face once. I applied first thing as a moisturiser and am lucky enough to have opportunities to use it again this year.
