Start of the Paralympics
We cannot wait for the start of the Paralympic Games! Best of luck to Sarah Storey, who is gearing up for her sixth Paralympics after first competing in Barcelona at just 14 years old.

Kim’s Lighter Hair
Kim Kardashian debuted a brand new ‘do this week, and I think it looks wonderful. Her signature dark locks have been threaded through with touches of caramel at the tips, and it’s brightened up her face beautifully.

Aching Post-Festival Body
This weekend I headed off to Reading Festival and, as lovely as it was, I was aching from head to toe afterwards. The new Gardeners Muscle Soak from Crabtree & Evelyn worked a treat for getting rid of every last trace of mud and grass with its conditioning and deodorising properties, while the Epsom salts got to work on de-stressing my muscles.

Bank Holiday Blues
After a packed and slightly crazy weekend of intense sun, torrential rain, dancing and having a lovely time, everyone is back to work and school. It’s a little greedy of us, but we want our bank holiday back!
