2 DAY SERVICE
- Service available to United Kingdom (England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland), The Channel Islands and Isle of Man.
- Orders must be placed before 4.30pm with no issues to ensure delivery on the specified date is met.
- Delivery days are considered to be Monday to Saturday of any week excluding any Public or Bank Holidays in any part of the United Kingdom.
- For the following post codes delivery will be subject to a 3 day service: HS, KW, ZE2+3, JE, GY and IM.
- If your order is over £100 in value a signature may be required on delivery.
- If your order is large and bulky it may be automatically upgraded to a 1 day service
- Orders delivered to Bailiwick of Jersey, the Bailiwick of Guernsey and the Isle of Man will not be scanned at the door step.
- You can track the status of your items at www.royalmail.com/trackandtrace
- If your order does not reach you within the time stated please contact us immediately and we can refund your postage charge. If you do not contact us within 7 days we may not be able to refund your postage charge.
- If you are not in when delivery is attempted a card should be left and your parcel will be returned to your local Royal Mail delivery depot. You can then rearrange delivery/ collection of your parcel using the tracking number provided.
- The delivery date stated is indicative and subject to availability, payment authorisation, verification and processing.
- Any claims for non-delivery of a parcel need to be made within 7 days of the estimated delivery date otherwise we may not be able to process your claim
- We are sorry, but we can't change the delivery address of a parcel once your order has been processed.
- We will try our best to send all your products in a single delivery. The only reason we'd split deliveries is if they were over the carrier's size and weight restrictions - or if a product is out of stock, in which case we will contact you to let you know.

COLLECT IN STORE
- Opening hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm, Saturday 9am - 5:30pm excluding bank holidays.
- Orders of in-stock items received before 10am Monday - Friday (excluding bank holidays) will be available to collect from 5pm on the same day. Orders placed after this time will be available from 5pm the next working day (excluding bank holidays).
- Orders placed after 10am on Friday and over the weekend will be available to collect from 5pm on the following working day (excluding bank holidays).

- Due to the recent changes and restrictions on mail in the UK international orders will take 2-3 days working days to enter the postal system, any tracking information may not be available until after this time.
